Desserts Before Dinner is my home bakery in Brooklyn, built around a simple idea: something sweet should taste like more than just sugar.

I make desserts with real, recognizable flavor, the richness of espresso, the warmth of toasted pecans, the deep sweetness of dulce de leche. They’re meant to be indulgent, but still balanced enough that you want to slow down, enjoy every bite, and maybe reach for another.

More than anything, I want my desserts to bring back that uncomplicated feeling sweets gave us as kids the excitement of getting a treat, the comfort of a familiar flavor, and that little moment when everything felt better.
